Our agreements include two sixteen point checks per year: 1-heat & 1-cool. It is recommended by all manufactures to have regular maintenance on equipment to prolong equipment life, reduce the extent or frequency of failures and maintain peak efficiency. The purpose is to check & advise the customer of any needed repairs & prevent breakdowns. No repair will be made without customer approval.
