  1. 24 hour Emergency service. It doesn't matter, day or night, we will be there. In fact, we never charge our preferred members overtime.

  2. Flat rate service. You will know the total amount for the work before it begins. With our flat rate program, you only pay a low, flat rate. You never pay extra, for extra hours.

  3. No price mystery. You can see our price books, investment guides, and discount schedules. We don't hide the numbers.

  4. Service in hours not days. If your furnace or air conditioner breaks, don't panic! Simply call us anytime (day or night) and the closest available technician will be promptly dispatched. In fact, most of the time, your system will be fixed within hours of the time you call.

  5. Problems Corrected. We just dont replace parts to get your equipment operating, we have technicians with advanced diagnostic training to find and fix the real problem.

  6. No run around charge. If our van is not stocked with a part needed to fix your equipment, we will get the part and you won't be charged extra.

  7. Service Guaranteed. Most companies guarantee their service work for 90 days. W.E. Welch guarantees parts & labor for 2 full years for equipment under manufacture's warranty (General maintenance is excluded).

  8. Wide Selection. You may choose from all brands of heating/cooling equipment although we may suggest one brand over the other for quality, size, price, etc...

  9. One day replacement. If you want to replace your old units, we will install a new one in a day so you don't have to go a night without comfort.

  10. Cleanliness. Our installers wear floor savers on their shoes, use drop clothes and vacuum after they are done.

  11. Workmanship. Our quality of work is second to none. Here at W.E. Welch, we take our work seriously, to us, customer loyalty & satisfaction is priceless.

  12. Expert information. Our highly trained technical staff will insure that your family receives the best service around when it comes to your heating/cooling system.

  13. Performance Guaranteed. Your system is guaranteed to warm or cool your home comfortably on the worst design days, or we will install a larger unit FREE for systems we have sized.

  15. Your job doesn't end with the installation. You will receive FREE maintenance for one year that keeps your system operating at peak performance.

  16. Maintenance Agreement Program. This program has been developed to keep your equipment operating at peak performance all year. The goal of this program is not to hear from you, but you to hear from us to schedule inspections in an effort to prevent costly emergencies.
